Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product condition must be new, this includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used.
Exchanges
We do accept exchanges. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product condition must be new, this includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used.
If your exchange is approved, we will initiate the exchange. We will process this exchange within 4 days.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product condition must be new, this includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). We will process this refund within 4 days of refund approval. The time it takes to reflect is dependent on your bank.
Return method
Your product will be returned via mail or the courier. The return label will be the customer's responsibility. There will be no additional cost to the customer for restocking or replacing the item. The refund processing time will take 4 days.
Exclusions
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that are used, damaged, or not in the original condition
- Items that are missing parts or accessories
- Digital downloads or gift cards
- Consumables such as biscuits
