Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Scribble and Scratch. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). We will process this refund within 4 days of refund approval. The time it takes to reflect is dependent on your bank. 

Courier

You will be responsible for paying for your own courier costs for returning your item. Courier costs are nonrefundable.

Exclusions

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in the original condition
  • Items that are missing parts or accessories
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Consumables such as biscuits

3.3. The products may contain small pieces that are choking hazards for small children. This means that children should be supervised at all times while engaging with Scribble and Scratch products. 

3.4. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by products or the company, Scribble and Scratch.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and any customisations.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods for domestic and international orders:

  1. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 4 business days for domestic orders within Gauteng. Orders outside of Gauteng will take 4 to 7 working days. Tracking information may be provided upon request. 

  2. Local Pickup: This is currently not available. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this stage. 

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us immediately at info@scribbleandscratch.co.za or 072 233 9503. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner.
